Eagle Brook County club presents a Fun Class in Wine Tasting with Chocolate and Cheese Pairing

Join us for a special evening led by an experienced court of master sommelier as we explore the art of blind tasting. Identifying great wines and the skill of pairing wines with food. The evening will include world class wins to taste from Napa to Bordeaux and on the Tuscany. Chef David will also be providing delicious examples of his cuisine throughout the night.
